We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days, after receving your product, to request a refund/return.
We will only accept returns under the following circumstances:
1. You received the wrong item.
2. The product arrived damaged.
3. The order has not arrived after 30 days since the order was placed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with all tags, accessories, and in the original packaging. You will also need to order number.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items send to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All return shipping costs are liable to and covered by the buyer. Unfortunately, we cannot compensate for any additional costs.
Damages and issues
Upon arrival, carefully inspect your order and contact us immediately if you deem something damaged or have received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make things right.
Non-returnables
We cannot accept returns on gift cards and sale items.
Product Exchange
Since all products are made to order, we cannot offer an exchange product.
EU 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If the products are shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and justification. Other than that, the above requirements will need to be met (same condition, original packaging, etc)
Failed Deliveries
Upon placing your order, make sure to fill in the FULL and CORRECT delivery address.
Refunds
When your product is accepted for return, we will inspect the product and decide whether or not it's eligible for a refund. If approved, you'll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please take into consideration that it may take extra time for your bank or payment processor to process the refund.
